MDOT to host open house in Wyoming to review M-11 intersection reconstruction

WHAT: Open house to review this summer's reconstruction of M-11 (28th Street) at Ivanrest Avenue, and M-11 at Byron Center Avenue. The public will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on the project. Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) staff will provide project details and the construction schedule.

BACKGROUND: This project will include full reconstruction, geometric upgrades, installation of sidewalks and ramps compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, new curb and gutter, permanent pavement markings, new signs, traffic signal upgrades, drainage improvements, water main work at Ivanrest Avenue, and removal of the pedestrian bridge at Ivanrest Avenue.
