A public hearing to consider the possible parole of Saad Bahoda, #215121

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 to consider the possible parole of Saad Bahoda, #215121.  It will be at 11:00 a.m. at the Handlon Training Center, Richard Handlon Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.

Saad Bahoda is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Delivery of a Controlled Substance over 650 grams. He was sentenced on February 26, 1991 from Oakland County.

Barbara Sampson, Chairperson of the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board, will conduct the hearing under the provisions of the Lifer Law, MCLA 791.234.

By Statute, prisoners serving a life sentence under MCL 333.74012A1, must serve 15, 17 1/2 or 20 calendar years, based on predetermined factors, before the parole and commutation board can obtain jurisdiction.
