The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 12, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Terrance Silver, #153268. It will be held at 11:00 a.m.at the T-100 Training Center, G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility, Jackson, Michigan.

Terrance Silver was sentenced on March 27, 1978 from Wayne County to Life for the crime of Murder 1st Degree.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
