MDOT to hold open house regarding M-153 improvements in Wayne County

WHAT: The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is hosting an open house-style meeting to discuss the proposed intersection improvements at M-153 (Ford Road) and US-24 (Telegraph Road) in Dearborn Heights. Residents, business owners and other interested stakeholders will have the opportunity to review proposed plans and construction schedules. MDOT staff will be on hand to answer questions about the project.

BACKGROUND: Scheduled to begin in fall 2009, MDOT will modify the intersection of M-153 and US-24. The project includes the resurfacing of M-153 between US-24 and Mercury Drive in the communities of Dearborn and Dearborn Heights.
