The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 14, 2009, to consider the possible commutation of sentence of John Coulter, #092086. It will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Handlon, Richard A. Correctional Facility, Ionia, MI.

John Coulter is serving a Life sentence for the crime of Murder 1st Degree. He was sentenced on July 16, 1962 from Macomb County.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
