A public hearing to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Nelson Cobas, #186571

The Michigan Parole and Commutation Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 13, 2009 , to consider the possible commutation of sentence for Nelson Cobas, #186571.  It will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Duane Waters Health Center, Jackson, Michigan.

Nelson Cobas was sentenced on November 25, 1991, from Oakland County to a term of Life for the crime of Murder 1st Degree.

The hearing is required under MCLA 791.244 prior to any recommendation for executive clemency by the Michigan Parole and Commutation Board.
