Hospitality Promising Practices Webinar

On March 25, 2008, the Michigan Department of Labor & Economic Growth's MiRSA® section will be conducting a Webinar with a special focus on the Hospitality Industry.  This event is scheduled to include several speakers sharing promising practices and discussion of holding a Regional Forum focusing on tourism and hospitality. 

Speakers Include:

  • Overview of the Michigan's Sunrise Side Hospitality Training Program (covering customer services basics)
  • Overview of the Where Hospitality Works! Ambassador Hospitality Training Program and How to Attract the Japanese Business Customers
  • Overview of Agri Tourism
  • Benefits of a Regional Forum Discussion
