<description>This week, I signed into law the most aggressive film incentive program in the nation, part of an overall economic stimulus package I unveiled in my State of the State address less than three months ago.<br />

Without a doubt, we're going to see more productions filmed on location in Michigan.  However, what we have done is set the stage for hundreds of millions of dollars in private investment that will grow industry activities that support film production, create jobs, and train workers for those jobs.
