The Employee Service Program offers presentations designed to increase knowledge and skills for employees, supervisors, managers, and human resources staff to more effectively address common issues in today's work environment.
Topics range from an orientation about Employee Service Program services to stress management, depression, coping with change, grief, and alcohol use. Employee Service Program staff are trained in helping others cope with life changes that affect attitudes and relationships at work and in their personal lives. The Employee Service Program can also develop custom presentations on specific topics to meet customer requests.
LUNCH AND LEARN SERIES
ESP has developed a series of Lunch and Learn presentations. Each 30-minute "bite sized" session is interactive and provides practical information on each topic.
