DROP Enrollment

To enroll in the DROP, you need to complete a State Police Deferred Retirement Option Plan (DROP) Election and Retirement Application (R0732H). Send your completed form to ORS. The DROP election/retirement application must be accepted by ORS no later than the last business day of the month before your DROP start date.

Your participation effective date is the first day of the month you indicated on your DROP election/retirement application. Think carefully about your decision to participate in the DROP. Once your DROP application is accepted, your participation in the program is irrevocable.
