The Michigan Department of State Police will be hosting two Advanced Narcotics Schools. This training is based on a practical scenario that develops and progresses through the week, incorporates a mock court trial, and discusses conspiracy cases. Recommended for undercover officers who have previously attended the Basic Narcotics School,
first-line supervisors of any undercover operation, and team leaders of narcotics, auto theft, or stolen property teams using undercover operations. Each school will be held at the Michigan State Police Training Academy in Lansing. REGISTRATION PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO MSP DRUG TASK FORCE TEAMS. OTHER REGISTRATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE BASIS AS OPENINGS ARE AVAILABLE.
*PREREQUISITE: Students must have sucessfully completed the 5-day MSP Basic Narcotics School.
Cost for this training:
$230.00 for Non-Lodging (includes breaks and lunches only)
$350.00 for Lodging (includes breaks, room, and all meals)
Lodging is based on double occupancy only.
This program is MCOLES registered.
