UPSET consists of two (2) multijurisdictional street narcotics teams. The jurisdictions serviced by UPSET are: Alger, Baraga, Delta, Dickinson, Gogebic, Houghton, Iron, Keweenaw, Marquette, Menominee, Ontonagon, and Schoolcraft. Participating agencies include Delta County Sheriff’s Department, Escanaba Public Safety Department, Iron County Sheriff’s Department, Marquette City Police Department, Marquette County Sheriff’s Department, Menominee County Sheriff’s Department, and Michigan State Police.
