the baby, the suspect was trying to extract the baby from the carriage. The
victim said, "Hey, what are you doing?" and the suspect put the baby back and
fled on foot.
Then on July 8th, now back from Traverse City, the victim
was leaving to go to work around 5am. As the victim was heading to the car, he
saw a strange woman in a white Ford Mustang parked in front of the house. The
victim followed her for some distance but then lost her.
If you have any information on her identity, please contact Detective Kevin Gay
of the Traverse City Police Department, (231) 995-5152.
