On Tuesday, June 20, 2006, at about 6:00 P.M., a victim was on a 'rail trail' in the City of Midland near Tittabawassee River Rd. when the victim was sexually assaulted by an unknown white male brandishing a handgun.  Suspect is described as a shabby looking white male, 30 to 40 years of age, approx. 5' 11", heavyset, pot belly, cropped mustache and hair was brown with gray, tattoos on both arm, green in color, tanned complexion, loose fitting black tank top and long black shorts, dark colored baseball cap with light colored brim. Suspect had been smoking a large cigar and escaped in a newer real shiny Pontiac Grand Am, light metallic silver in color. The handgun was black and silver in color.
