Suspect was wearing a fitted baseball cap
and a black hooded sweatshirt that read "POLICE" in white lettering on the
front. Suspect has "pox" marks and a fresh cut under the left eye that was
about an inch and a half long that had scabbed over.
The suspect was with a second man who also wore a black hooded sweatshirt that
read "POLICE" on the front. The second suspect wore a mask.
Around 6 a.m. on 2/3/06 there was a knock
at the victim's door. When victim looked outside, the victim saw suspect with a
black sweatshirt that read "POLICE" on it and a radio over the shoulder
brandishing a sheet of paper saying it was a Search Warrant to check the
residence for firearms because the local gun and ammo shop had been broken into
a couple of days before.
The victim let the man into the house and
led the suspect to the victim's guns. The suspect proceeded to take the guns and
when he walked back out into the living room, the victim saw the second suspect
(with mask). The suspects stole prescriptions on countertop in kitchen and then
left with weapons, two wallets, digital camera, etc.
