He had brown eyes and dark brown hair that was layered and looked unkempt, thick
mustache, pale complexion and was quite thin.
Suspect is
wanted for stealing 4 cartons of cigarettes from a convenience store. There
have been other similar reports involving someone stealing the same name brand
of cigarettes as in this case, which may be related.
