Michigan's Amber Alert program, which was first used in June of 2001, is a voluntary cooperative effort between law enforcement and the Michigan Association of Broadcasters to publicize cases of abductedor endangered missing children.
Amber Alert has been activated 37 times, with 33 of those activations resulting in the safe return of a child. Celebrate the success of Amber Alert by joining its partners for a discussion of the program and a peek at what's changed.
