Investigators from the Michigan State University Police Department, Ingham County Sheriff's Office, Michigan State Police and Ingham County Prosecutor's Office have reopened the 1970 homicide of Marie Ann Jackson, 19, of Lansing.

Jackson's body was found in a wooded area on the Michigan State University campus on November 21, 1970.  She was reported missing earlier in the week, after not being seen since November 13, 1970.
