St. Joseph Resident Named Motor Carrier Officer of the Year Michigan State Police Director Colonel Tadarial J. Sturdivant is pleased to announce that Motor Carrier Officer John A. Miller of the South Haven Post is the recipient of the 2005 Motor Carrier Officer of the Year Award. Miller was chosen for the award due to his high level of enthusiasm and motivation both on the job and in his community.
