Prisoner Personal Property - Athletic Shorts

Announcing....

 Michigan State Industries offers prisoner purchased (Personal Property) shorts.  When placing an order, please ensure that the Business Office staff includes the Trust Batch Document (the MAIN Document # GB or GQ must be listed) with the "Disbursement Authorization/Catalog Order" form CAR-100.  The documents can either be faxed to MSI at (517) 636-7513 or emailed to MSI_Order_Entry@michigan.gov.  We will use the MAIN document # as the PO # on the orders, and list the prisoner name & number on the line item.
PLEASE NOTE: Prisoner Orders are placed through the Prisoner Disbursement Process within each facility Business Office Only.  Please contact the facility to place an order.  Thank-you!
