Fall / Winter season is upon us!! Michigan State Industries is pleased to again offer personal winter coats for prisoners. We regret that MSI will no longer stock winter gloves, however, prisoners can continue to purchase them from authorized vendors.
When placing an order for winter coats, please ensure that the Business Office staff include the Trust Batch Document (the MAIN Document # GB or GQ must be listed) with the "Disbursement Authorization/Catalog Order" form CAR-100. The documents can either be faxed to MSI at (517) 636-7513 or emailed to MSI_Order_Entry@michigan.gov. The MAIN document# will be used as the PO# on the orders, and the prisoner name & number will be listed on the line item.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders are placed through the MDOC Facility Business Office using the "Prisoner Disbursement Process". Please contact the facility to place an order.
