This warranty does not apply to damage incurred during shipment by common carrier or accident, negligence, abuse or alteration. The customer needs to file a claim with the carrier for damages incurred during shipment by common carrier.

The following seating warrants structural integrity for ten (10) years and upholstery and casters for one (1) year from the date of purchase.  Seating is tested to all applicable ANSI/BIFMA test standards:
Breathe Task Chair, Navigator, Dakota Stacking, Cheyenne Stacking, Piper Stacking, Ithaca Stool, Advise Guest Chair.

Out of Warranty Information :  Chairs that are considered out of warranty will be charged $50.00 for pick-up and delivery to the factory and delivery back to the customer.  The $50.00 will be applied to the cost of the repairs.
