To place a warranty
claim to the MSI Sales Office:

The customer must provide the following information when filing a warranty
claim:
- MSI Sales Order
Number (this number is on both the order acknowledgment and shipper).
- Your purchase order
number.
- A complete address
where the chair that needs services is located.
- A contact person
and their telephone number.
- The item number
(this number is available on the order acknowledgment)
- A brief description
of the problem.
MSI will review the
claim information to determine:
- If we need an
on-site evaluation.
- If the item is
to be returned to the factory for repair or further evaluation.
- If replacement
parts are to be sent.
- If an item will
be returned and replaced.
