Michigan State Industries warranties our Mattress products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.  At MSI's discretion, we will repair, replace or provide a credit for any Mattress product that is returned to MSI and, upon examination, determined to be defective.

This warranty does not apply to damage incurred during shipment by common carrier or accident, negligence, abuse or alteration. The customer needs to file a claim with the carrier for damages incurred during shipment by common carrier.

(Standard - Normal Usage)

• 5 years - Inner-spring, Boxspring, or Hospital
• 1 year - Jail Mattress
• 1 year - Custom design, non-catalog, and special made products
