Return Policy
MSI
will accept returns on products delivered in error, not as ordered, or
damaged due to error on the part of MSI. If products are shipped through
a common carrier, any damage claims should be filed directly with the
carrier's representative.

Michigan State Industries (MSI) warrants its products to the original user to be free of defects in material and workmanship from the date of delivery for the period set forth for each product category. MSI shall repair or replace, at its exclusive option, any alleged defective item or component that it manufactures. The warranty does not apply to cases of "normal wear and tear", alteration, abuse, neglect, or misuse. The warranty does not apply to products damaged by transportation or other movement without MSI's express written authorization. Standard warranty unless otherwise specified.
