2011 DRAFT Compliance Monitoring Manual for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program:

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) is seeking public comments on MSHDA’s 2011 draft version of the Compliance Manual for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program.

The Release Notice and draft documents can be found on the 2011 Draft Compliance Monitoring Manual for the LIHTC Program page of the MSHDA web site.
Please submit comments to Compliance Monitoring as noted in the Release Notice.
