CLARIFICATION OF UTILITY ALLOWANCE CHANGES: |

Electric Service Charge |

In past schedules, the service charge was included in the individual line items. On the June 1, 2008 schedule, the amount has been made a separate charge that needs to be added, however no line was added to the calculation table. Please put this amount in the line labeled "Other." |

Ninety (90) Day Implementation Period |
| |
Per Treasury Regulation 1.42-10, the changes to the utility allowances must be implemented within ninety (90) days. The 90 day implementation period runs from June 1, 2008 through August 29, 2008. MSHDA will accept updates that are effective September 1, 2008, provided all changes have been implemented by August 29, 2008. |
