We are a nonprofit agency and would like to run a homeowner rehabilitation program in our area. How do we go about that?
 
Answer:
The Office of Community Development's Housing Resource Fund (HRF) awards grants to eligible community-based nonrpofit housing organizations and local units of government for a variety of homebuyer, homeowner and rental housing projects. Click here for more information and open window dates.
