Effective February 1, 2007, the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) became responsible for all resident inquiries for Performanced Based Contract Administration (PBCA) properties.

All residents or staff must contact MSHDA and speak with a resident coordinator. The primary contact is:
