The following information was issued by MSHDA on August 30, 2005:

A memo from MSHDA, dated August 30, 2005, introducing process improvements and revised forms for Owner/Management Agent responses to physical inspections. Changes in procedures and new forms are effective for physical inspecitons conducted on or after September 1, 2005:
