2009
  •

Lists of applicants for the May 1, 2009 funding round and the rolling allocation round which lasts from May 2 to September 30, 2009 are now available on the 2009 Funding Round Information page.
  •

Information about MSHDA's ARRA Preliminary Implementation Plan Draft is available on the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act, Preliminary Implementation Plan, MSHDA Draft page. Information available includes: The draft plan; questions received to date with answers provided; a survey for projects with 2007 and 2008 LIHTC allocations that have not yet been syndicated; and public comments recieived in response to the draft plan. Please check frequently for updated information.
  • Funding Round Notices for 2009, including the May 1, 2009 round and the rolling allocation round which lasts from May 2 to September 30, 2009, are now available on the 2009 Funding Round Information page.
  •

The 2009 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and related documents were approved by the Governor on March 2, 2009. The final documents are available on the Qualified Allocation Plan page.
  •

The proposed 2009 QAP was approved by the MSHDA Board on February 25, 2009.
  • The list of 2008 Allocations has been posted to the Prior Year Allocation page.
  • On Friday, February 13, 2009, MSHDA held three (3) Public Hearings to take comments on the Draft 2009 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP).
2008
  • On Monday, December 8, 2008, MSHDA held (2) Information Hearings designed to take comments and recommendations for modification of the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP).
  •

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has issued guidance on projects that have elected to fix their rate and would now like to receive the 9% rate pursuant to section 3002 of the Housing Assistance Tax Act of 2008. MSHDA has issued a memo regarding the clarification:
