2008
	•	On December 8, 2008, MSHDA held two Information Hearings designed to take comments and recommendations for modification of the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP).
	•	The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has issued guidance on projects that have elected to fix their rate and would now like to receive the 9% rate pursuant to section 3002 of the Housing Assistance Tax Act of 2008. MSHDA has issued a memo regarding the clarification: November 17, 2008 MSHDA memo The complete notice can be found on the IRS web site.
	•	Information regarding 2008 funding rounds can be found on the 2008 Funding Round Information page.
	•	Updated information concerning the Modified Pass-Through Program (Modified Pass-Through Program Memo 08/11/2008) was issued by MSHDA on August 11, 2008.
	•	The 2008 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and related documents were approved by the Governor on June 17, 2008. The final documents are available on the Qualified Allocation Plan page.
	•	The 2008 QAP and related documents were presented to the MSHDA board for approval at a special meeting held in MSHDA's Lansing office on June 10, 2008.
	•	MSHDA held a series of public hearings in May 2008, to take public comments on the draft 2008 Qualified Allocation Plan.
2007
	•	Information regarding 2007 funding rounds (and the 2007 credit allocated in the September 2006 funding round) can be found on the 2007 Funding Round Information page.
	•	MSHDA held additional public hearings in November 2007, to take public comments on the revised draft 2008-2009 Qualified Allocation Plan.
	•	MSHDA held an information forum and a series of public hearings in August and September 2007, to take public comments on the draft 2008-2009 Qualified Allocation Plan.
	•	MSHDA held four information sessions in May 2004, to take public comments and recommendations for modification of the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP).
	•	Updated information concerning the Modified Pass-Through Program (Modified Pass-Through Program Memo) was issued by MSHDA on March 19, 2007. The memo was updated August 11, 2008.
2006
	•	Information regarding 2006 funding rounds (and the 2006 credit portion of the September 2005 Funding Round) can be found on the 2006 Funding Round Information page.
	•	Information concerning the Modified Pass-Through Program (Modified Pass-Through Program Memo) was issued by MSHDA on August 31, 2006. The memo was updated on March 19, 2007 and again on August 11, 2008.
2005

	•	The Threshold Scores for the April 15, 2005 funding round were published on January 14, 2005.
	•	The 2005-2006 Qualified Allocation Plan and Scoring Summary are available on the QAP page.
