Effective March 6, 2007, the Office of Community Development will no longer accept applications for Small-Scale Rental Development projects. More information on this issue is available in the Housing Resource Fund Summary, Section J, Small Scale Rental Development located at http://www.michigan.gov/mshda/0,1607,7-141-5564-108868--,00.html .   For rental development projects over 24 units, nonprofits should contact MSHDA's Multi-Family Development Division at (517) 373-6880.
