Small scale rental development projects defined as 1 to 24 units of affordable multifamily rental housing to be owned, developed or sponsored by community-based nonprofit organizations, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Projects will be evaluated by the Office of Community Development for long-term feasibility prior to funding.
