Rental Rehabilitation

Office of Community Development Programs  
 
OCD makes Housing Resource Fund awards to local units of government to encourage the rehabilitation of affordable rental units.  A community may loan property owners up to 75 percent of rehabilitation costs, not to exceed $15,000 per unit.  Funds may be combined with MSHDA's Community Development Property Improvement Program (PIP).
