Below you will find information for Lenders and/or Community Agents who are interested in becoming a MSHDA approved Property Improvement Program (PIP) lender or agent. You will also find updated memos and information for existing lenders and agents.

- To participate in PIP, Lenders must be a participating lender in HUD Title I Insurance and must sign an Agreement with MSHDA.
- Community Agents must submit an application to MSHDA and sign a lender/community agreement with the Lender and MSHDA.
