The Downtown Revitalization Tools section has been developed to assist communities by providing on-line access to the community guide, technical assistance contact information and sources, as well as downloadable forms and files to assist communities with project preparation. This resource guide was created to assist community leaders and representatives by providing guidance on key development tools that are currently available within Michigan.

• Technical Assistance
The Community Assistance Team can provide technical assistance on a wide variety of incentives and tools available for the development of projects in communities, primarily in downtowns.
