Michigan Main Street Center
The Michigan Main Street Center @ MSHDA is a part of the Specialized Technical Assistance and Revitalization Strategy Division (STARS) at the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA). Its goal is to assist communities in the revitalization of their historic downtowns and traditional neighborhood commercial districts.
