MPSC Approves Settlement Agreement Authorizing Cloverland Electric Cooperative's 2012 Power Supply Cost Recovery Factor

March 8, 2012 - The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today approved a settlement agreement authorizing Cloverland Electric Cooperative's 2012 power supply cost recovery (PSCR) plan and factors. to Governor Rick Snyder and the Michigan Legislature.

Under the terms of the settlement, the utility is authorized to implement a monthly PSCR factor of up to $0.00396 per kilowatt-hour (kWh) for the Cloverland legacy service territory and a PSCR factor of up to $0.00402 per kWh for the Edison Sault legacy service territory in 2012.

 

The utility, MPSC staff and the City of Mackinac Island participated in the settlement.

 

The MPSC is an agency within the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.
