MPSC Approves Settlement Agreement Reconciling Indiana Michigan Power Company's 2010 Energy Optimization Plan Revenues and Costs

January 12, 2012 - The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today approved a settlement agreement reconciling Indiana Michigan Power Company's 2010 energy optimization (EO) plan revenues and costs.
As a result, a residential customer using 500 kilowatt-hours of electricity per month will see an increase of 25 cents on their monthly bill, effective with the next billing cycle.
The utility and the MPSC staff participated in the settlement.
The MPSC is an agency within the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.
