MPSC to Hold Public Hearing on Proposed Revisions to Rules Governing Gas Pipeline Safety

The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today said it will hold a public hearing for people to comment on the proposed revised rules governing gas pipeline safety. The hearing will be held at
9 a.m.
on Oct. 28 at the Commission's
Lansing
office, located at
6545 Mercantile Way.
The MPSC on June 5 sought permission from the State Office of Administrative Hearings and Rules (SOAHR) to revise the rules by incorporating existing federal standards into
Michigan
rules.
