The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today said it will hold a public hearing for people to comment on the proposed revised rules governing gas pipeline safety.  The hearing will be held at 9 a.m. on Oct. 28 at the Commission's Lansing office, located at 6545 Mercantile Way.

The MPSC on June 5 sought permission from the State Office of Administrative Hearings and Rules (SOAHR) to revise the rules by incorporating existing federal standards into Michigan rules.
