MPSC Staff's Standby Rates

The Commission directed the Electric Reliability Division to form a Standby Rate Working Group and issue a report by August 19, 2016.

The Commission adopted the ALJ’s recommendation to establish a Stand-by Rates Workgroup, and directed the Staff to, within 90 days of the date of this order, schedule an initial meeting of the workgroup…. Finally, the Commission directed the Staff, within nine months of the date of this order, to file a report discussing the process and recommendations of the Stand-by Rates Workgroup.
