Ø Information requirements - disputed - Telecommunications Division mediation (Sec. 6(2))

Ø Assess fees (Sec. 3(3))

Ø Tracking of municipalities granting/denial of permits and
maintaining of web site (Sec. 6(6))

Ø Filing of annual report (Sec. 3(4))

Ø Mapping of new completed facilities - route maps (Sec. 6(7))

Ø Promulgate rules (Sec. 3(5))

Ø Determine if route maps are paper or electronic form (Sec. 6(8))

Ø Determine amount of fees for each provider (Sec. 8(2))

Ø Coordinate and minimize disruptions and other disputes under PA 48 through mediation(Sec. 7)

Ø Prescribe forms, standards, methodology
and procedures for assessing fees

Ø Determination of maximum tax credits

Ø Grant waiver of fees for under-served
