Shared Use

PA 48 provides for a discount of fees if two or more providers implement a shared use arrangement subsequent to implementation of the act.  To qualify, each participating provider must follow the requirements set forth in Section 9.  Providers must also provide a copy of the shared use agreement to the METRO Authority in order to qualify for a 40% discount of their fees.
