MPSC Approves Settlement Agreement Authorizing Wisconsin Electric Power Company's 2012 Power Supply Cost Recovery Factor |

April 6, 2012 - The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today approved a settlement agreement authorizing Wisconsin Electric Power Company's 2012 power supply cost recovery (PSCR) factor.
Under the terms of the settlement, the utility is authorized to implement a PSCR factor of $0.00447 per kilowatt-hour for its Michigan tariff customers in 2012.
The utility, MPSC staff, Citizens Against Rate Excess, Empire Iron Mining Partnership and Tilden Mining Company, L.C. participated in the settlement.
The MPSC is an agency within the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.
