If you have an inquiry or complaint regarding your satellite provider, you should contact your satellite provider directly. If you are unable to receive a satisfactory response from your satellite provider, you should then contact the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regarding your complaint or inquiry by calling: 1-888-225-5322. The MPSC is not responsible for satellite provider issues.
