The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) today approved settlement agreements for four electric utilities, authorizing their 2008 power supply cost recovery (PSCR) factors.
In Case No. U-15403, the MPSC approved a settlement agreement for Northern States Power Company, authorizing the utility to charge a PSCR factor of up to $0.01836 per kilowatt-hour (kWh) in 2008. The factor was reduced to reflect the effect of utility's over-collection in 2007. The utility and the MPSC staff participated in the settlement.
In Case No. U-15405, the MPSC approved a settlement agreement for Alger Delta Cooperative Electric Association, authorizing the utility to charge a PSCR factor of up to $0.03227 per kWh in 2008. The utility and the MPSC staff participated in the settlement.
In Case No. U-15406, the MPSC approved a settlement agreement for Cloverland Electric Cooperative, authorizing the utility to charge a PSCR factor of up to $0.03432 per kWh in 2008. The utility and the MPSC staff participated in the settlement.
In Case No. U-15407, the MPSC approved a settlement agreement for Midwest Energy Cooperative, authorizing the utility to charge a PSCR factor of up to $0.01481 per kWh in 2008. The utility and the MPSC staff participated in the settlement.
