You must be a patient without a caregiver (or willing to remove your caregiver at renewal) and create a secure online account.

Regarding your Online Account
Please make sure you always have access to your username/email and password. If anyone else creates your online account or if you have given these credentials out to anyone, go to the Accela Citizen Access (ACA) website and change your password so no one can have access to your Michigan Medical Marijuana Program online account except you. -
Regarding Applications
Only send one complete application and then wait for a response from our office. If you submit duplicate applications or miscellaneous supporting documents, the processing of your application may be delayed or your application may be denied.
