Michigan Timely Application and Permit Service

provides a one-stop shopping for Michigan business permits

helps determine permit requirements-regardless of the department

provides documentation needed to complete the process

provides the ability to submit electronic documents

allows online permit application and online status tracking

provides ability to pay permitting fees online

Apply online to register for business taxes and eliminate 6-8 weeks from the process!
Employers can register for most Michigan Business Taxes, including UIA Employer Account Number and /or a Sales Tax License using this on-line application.

DCH offers online permits for radiation & mammography equipment!
X-ray machines and other ionizing-radiation-producing machines are required to be registered with the Radiation Safety Section in the Department of Community Health.

DCH Medical Facility Plan Review and Construction permit available!
The Health Facilities Engineering Section now offers an online process for submitting Application for Plan Review. The plan review and construction permit assures a health facility is designed and built according to the Minimum Design Standards for Health Care Facilities in Michigan and facility type.
