This information includes the amount of each loan received, the disbursement date, and the lender/servicer administering the loan, etc. Borrowers can update demographic information and receive information about deferments and forbearances, as well as obtain the forms directly from the Web site. For some of the more complicated deferments, there is an online deferment wizard to determine eligibility.

Defaulted borrowers also have access to this Web site. The same information listed above is available along with the name of the collection vendor currently holding their account. Defaulted borrowers do not have access to deferments and forbearances.

Borrowers are required to sign up for this service to obtain a user code and password allowing them to access the site whenever they need to receive information.
