Nutrition is a KEY to healthy aging! Eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables and whole grains can reduce your risk of many chronic diseases, help you control blood pressure and cholesterol levels, and help you feel better. OSA provides several ways to help you with improving your diet. There are congregate meal sites located in every county, home delivered meal services, nutrition education opportunities, and articles and information to help you plan for a healthful diet.

  • Nutritional content of food can be found on this website that is part of the US Department of Agriculture site.
